Frequently asked questions
Can you print from a photo?
Often, yes. A clear photo (ideally a few angles) gives us a strong starting point to model from. The more reference and dimensions you can share, the more accurate the result.
Can you recreate a broken part?
Absolutely — this is one of our specialities. Send photos and measurements, or the broken part itself where possible, and we'll model and print a working replacement.
Do I need a 3D model file?
No. If you have an STL or STEP file we'll happily use it, but if not we can create the CAD model for you from a sketch, photo, or description.
What materials are available?
We print everything from everyday PLA right up to high-end engineering filaments, including:
- PLA, PLA-CF, PLA Wood-Fill, and PLA Mineral (Marble & Black)
- PETG and PETG-CF
- TPU from 60A to 95A, and TPE 90A
- PA6-CF (Nylon 6 carbon fibre)

Do you offer small batch prints?
We do — there's no minimum order. Single one-off prints and short batch runs are both welcome.
